An assignment for you who are confident in commercial leasing and want to contribute with structure and develop processes.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced commercial leasing consultant with an administrative profile. The assignment starts around February and initially lasts during the spring, with the possibility of extension until August.

The assignment aims to support the existing commercial leasing function, focusing on administration, quality assurance, and the development of processes and routines. You will work closely with the current commercial leasing consultant, who will continue to be responsible for external contacts and contractual issues.

This is a consulting assignment where your experience and structure will be central to creating sustainable working methods in leasing.

The position is located north of Stockholm.

In this role, you will act as an administrative and strategic support within commercial leasing, focusing on order, quality, and efficiency in the processes.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Support the commercial leasing consultant in daily work with a focus on administration.
• Review, develop, and document processes and routines within commercial leasing.
• Ensure correct handling of documents, cases, and information in systems.
• Contribute to structure and quality assurance in the leasing flow.
• Act as a sounding board on issues related to working methods, system support, and process development.
• Work closely with the business to create efficient and sustainable routines.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in commercial leasing, with a particularly good understanding of processes, routines, and administrative flows. You are confident in how leasing work should be conducted and can easily see improvement potential in existing working methods.

You are used to working consultatively, supportively, and in a structured manner, and you thrive in a role where you can contribute behind the scenes rather than being on the front line.

• Many years of experience in commercial leasing.
• Very good understanding of leasing processes and administrative routines.
• Strong administrative skills and accustomed to working in a structured way.
• Experience with property systems, preferably Vitec.
• The ability to quickly understand existing working methods and contribute with improvements.

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and unpretentious. You have an analytical approach and enjoy creating order, clarity, and functioning routines.

You are independent but collaborative, and you easily support colleagues through knowledge sharing and a professional approach. Your confidence and experience allow you to quickly build trust within the organization.
